Livi UK - Marketing digital healthcare without talking about healthcare

The brief for Patient stories was simple: create emotional, memorable stories of how we genuinely help a range of patients through our digital services. 

 

Our creative solve was to drop the viewer in the middle of conversations between patients and GPs. The stories centred on the impact a correct treatment plan had on the patients' lives rather than the specific kind of treatment they received – a man free of migraines now able to fully step into the father role or the sick mother carrying the worry about herself and her daughter. 

We get up and close with the patients, showing them the way they interact with the product – all through the lens of their phone camera (and we shot this campaign on a phone too)

We created 197 assets across paid and organic channels.
